Meet Andi Fancher

The owner’s job is the vision. Andi makes sure it happens.

Andi began her career in marketing, first with a global entertainment company, then seven years in promotional marketing creating meeting and event programs for corporate clients, including national consumer brands. She went on to spend 15 years in leadership at one of the largest churches in Dallas, where she built the systems and accountability that turned plans into results, and created teams people wanted to be a part of.

Today, as a Certified EOS® Integrator, she brings both worlds to owner-led businesses and non-profit organizations: a marketer’s instinct for the customer experience, and a leader’s track record of building clarity, accountability and trust.
